Your best source of info might be a copy of the “Long Island Fisherman” magazine. It’s published weekly and can be found at most newsstands. They list quite a number of party and charter boats for Nassau County.

I believe the “Castafari” works out of nassau county, it is a great canyon charter from what I hear. There are a huge number of charter operations there all you need to do is go to any salt water fishing site or google “Long Island Charter fishing” and you will get enough hits to keep you busy for a whole night.
