Question by Lyla: new york state taxes??
so i’ve been house hunting and i found one in middletown, ny. here’s the specs: 3brs, 2.5bth, livingrm, kit, all that good stuff, it’s about 16yrs old and it’s on 3.5 acres of land. so i just wanted to know if anybody would have a good idea on how much i would pay in taxes each year?

Real estate taxes are based on the value of the property. You can check with the local property tax office or a real estate agent.
